No. HuboMoto units are strictly non-smoking. A penalty of ₱500.00 will be charged for violations.

Yes! Wi-Fi is complimentary for all guests.
Q: Is parking available?
Free parking is available, subject to parking slot availability.
Q: Can I cook in the unit?
Yes! All units come with a fully-equipped kitchen, including cookware and utensils. Feel free to prepare your own meals during your stay.
Q: Are pets allowed?
We sincerely apologize, but pets are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, GCash, PayMaya, Credit Cards (via online payment), and Cash payments. Full payment is required before check-in.
Q: Can I have additional guests stay in my unit?
This unit has a maximum occupancy limit of 3 persons. Additional guests beyond the booked number may incur extra charges. Please inform us in advance if you need to add guests.
Q: Are the building amenities (pool, gym) free to use?
Yes! Access to building amenities is complimentary for all HuboMoto guests. However, operating hours vary by building. Please check with the lobby for specific schedules.
Q: Where can I buy groceries or food nearby?
SM Delgado and Iloilo Supermart – Atrium are the nearest grocery stores. For accurate directions, please click on the name of the mall. SM Delgado, Iloilo Supermart - Atrium.
7‑Eleven San Agustin – 24/7 convenience store near San Agustin / Jalandoni St.
Mestizo – Well-rated restaurant on General Luna St with a varied menu.
Q: Can you arrange airport pickup or transportation?
Yes! We can help arrange airport transfers or transportation services. Please contact Guest Services at least 24 hours in advance to make arrangements.
Q: Is there luggage storage available if I arrive early or leave late?
Yes, we can arrange secure luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. Please coordinate with Guest Services in advance.
House Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and harmonious living environment for all residents, unit owners, tenants, and guests are required to observe the following house rules at all times. Compliance with these guidelines helps maintain order, cleanliness, safety, and mutual respect within the condominium community.
General Conduct
Respect neighbors: keep noise low, especially at night.
No unlawful, immoral, or illegal activities.
No behavior that disturbs others or affects building security.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building.
No loud music, rowdy behavior, or disruptive gatherings.
Property Management may stop any activity if complaints are received.
Use of Units
Do not leave unit doors open or install doors that swing into hallways.
No storing hazardous, flammable, combustible, or explosive items inside units.
Do not store noisy machinery or equipment that may cause vibration or danger.
Satellite dishes are not allowed.
Residents/guests must not compromise unit electrical safety (220V supply).
Common Areas
Do not block entrances, exits, hallways, sidewalks, elevators, or lobby.
No parties or gatherings in hallways outside units.
No loitering or playing in hallways, stairways, elevators, lobbies, fire exits, basements, or parking areas.
Cooking in common areas, balconies, or terraces is prohibited.
Do not hang laundry or clotheslines where visible from outside.
No items or materials should obstruct common areas.
Children, Guests, and Household Staff
Guests must follow all condo rules at all times.
Unit owner/tenant is responsible for guest behavior.
Visitors must present a valid photo ID.
Visitor pass must be worn at all times.
Staff/employees are not allowed to stay or live in common areas.
Pool access is not allowed for building staff, workers, security, and PMO employees.

Guests must be accompanied by the unit owner/tenant.
No lifeguard (swim at your own risk). Children/non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult.
Shower before entering; proper swimwear required. Infants must wear swimming diapers.
No food, drinks, alcohol, or glass containers in the pool area.
No smoking, diving, or dangerous play.
Dry off before entering hallways/elevators.
Pool Limit (Free Use):
Studio: 2 persons; 2BR: 4 persons
Extra: ₱150/person
Kids below 12 are free (not counted).
Gym & Function Room

Function Room / Pavilion
Reservation is first come, first served via PMO.
Events must end by 10:00 PM and noise must be controlled.
Guest count must follow room capacity.
Garbage Disposal
No segregation, no collection policy.
Garbage collection schedule:
Biodegradable: 6:00 AM – 12:00 NN
Non-biodegradable: 12:00 NN – 6:00 PM
Toxic/fragile/hazardous: anytime
Burning garbage is strictly prohibited.
Security and Safety
Building security rules must be followed at all times.
Visitors must register and show a valid ID.
Visitor pass must be worn inside the building.
Guests may be removed/evicted for violations.
No actions that compromise building safety or privacy.
PMO is not liable for loss, injury, theft, fire, or utility interruption..
Failure to comply with these house rules may result in penalties, charges, or other actions as deemed necessary by Property Management.
🔧 Basic Troubleshooting Guide
Before reaching out, you may try these simple tips to fix common concerns. If it doesn’t help, don’t worry—just let us know and we’ll take care of it.
Aircon Not Turning On
1. For Aircon with Smart Plug: Press the side button of the smart plug (refer to the sticker with "press here" sign) to turn on power to the aircon.
2. For remote-controlled Aircon, make sure the remote has batteries.
3. Set mode to Cool.
4. Set temperature below room temperature (e.g., 22°C).
5. If still not working, contact Guest Services or Maintenance.
Refrigerator Not Cooling
1. Press the side button of the smart plug (refer to the sticker with "press here" sign) to turn on power to the refrigerator.
2. Ensure it is plugged in properly.
3. Allow 30–60 minutes for cooling.
4. Avoid overloading.
5. If issue persists, contact Guest Services or Maintenance.
Wi-Fi Not Connecting
1. Check the Wi-Fi name and password provided.
2. You may check the back of the router for the SSID and Password, or simply scan the QR code to connect.
3. Turn Wi-Fi off and on.
4. Restart your device.
5. If still slow or unavailable, contact Guest Services.
Shower Heater Not Working
1. Ensure the heater switch is turned ON.
2. Adjust temperature knob slowly.
3. Wait a few seconds before testing.
4. Contact Maintenance if no hot water.
Netflix Not Working
1. Restart the Netflix app.
2. Log in using QR Code sign-in option.
3. Take a picture of the QR Code and Send the QR code to our FB Messenger so we can login our account.
